We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.

Shipping is free on all orders of $60 or more. Orders under $60 ship for a flat rate of $4.95.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you place your order.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped yet. Email us at support@arivonna.com with your order number and we will help you right away.

You can request a return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Email us at support@arivonna.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you the return instructions.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund is issued to your original payment method. It can take a few business days before it appears on your statement.

We are sorry to hear that! Send us a photo of the damaged item at support@arivonna.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify and all payment information is encrypted. We never see or store your full card details.
